30 Minute Foil Pack Short Ribs Recipe

The meal that started my love for cooking. Smell the timeless combination of rich red wine and beefy short ribs stewing in your kitchen. Toss in some hearty vegetables and garlic, then chow down in 30 minutes.


  • large mixing bowl, cutting board, sharp knife, 1 large pan, 1 md pot, 3 ft sheet of aluminum foil, sm baking tray, tongs, stirring spoon


  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Olive Oil
  • 1 lb bone-in or boneless short ribs
  • 1 large sweet potato
  • 1 large carrot
  • 1 celery stalk
  • 5-7 Brussels sprouts
  • 3-5 cloves garlic
  • 2 Tbsp honey
  • 1/2 cup red cooking wine
  • OPTIONAL: 1/2 cup milk or cream
  • Garlic Powder
